Robert Gregory

ROBERT GREGORY was the author of six books, including The Beautiful City of Weeds (Hanging Loose Press, 2005), Change, the Skinny Man (winner of the 2001 Blue Lynx Prize), Boy Picked Up by the Wind (winner of the 1992 Bluestem Poetry Award), and Interferences (Poltroon Press, 1987). His poems appeared in Amherst Review, Berkeley Poetry Review, Hanging Loose, and Willow Springs, and he was the recipient of an NEA fellowship for poetry. He lived in Frankfort, KY, where he worked as a technical writer for the College of Engineering at the University of Kentucky. He died in 2018.
